At Happy Houndz, we live up to our name by ensuring your dog is "happy" while staying with us. Our home-like environment provides the attention, comfort, and love your dog deserves.

We are committed to setting your dog up for success. That's why we require all first-time overnight boarding guests to spend at least two daycare days with us before their stay. This helps your dog become familiar with the surroundings and our daycare enrichment program, which is included with every overnight stay, while giving us the opportunity to get to know their unique personality better.

Our modern space includes multiple indoor playrooms which lead to a spacious outdoor play yard. Your dog will enjoy a blend of structured activities and free playtime with their friends. After a restful afternoon nap, they’re ready for more fun and recreation.

Safe & Comfortable Accommodation

Happy Houndz has been thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and secure environment.

Our Canine Condos is your dog’s private space for eating and sleeping, ensuring a quiet, safe, and comfortable experience free from disturbances. When they’re not resting or eating, your dog can roam and explore our daycare areas freely.

For overnight stays, we offer climate-controlled accommodations to keep your dog comfortable. Additionally, our spacious rooms are equipped with specialized air purifiers to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all pets.

Our dedicated team understands the needs of dogs and will provide personalized attention to your pet. Rest assured; your fur baby will be in the best hands! Our staff members have vet tech and vet clinic experience.

All dogs need regular exercise and mental stimulation, and we've got it covered! Your pup will enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime, walks, and socialization with other friendly dogs to keep them happy and healthy.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all daycare and boarding guests, we kindly ask that pets follow our spay & neutering requirements.

Males neutered by 8 months.
Females after first heat cycle.

VACCINATIONS: For the safety and well-being of all pets, we kindly ask that your pet's vaccinations are up to date. We also request that owners provide written proof of the required vaccinations prior to their pet’s stay. Thank you for helping us keep everyone healthy!

Happy Houndz will accept a Titer in place of a vaccination record.

What is Titer Testing?

A titer test is a laboratory test that measures the existence and level of antibodies to disease in blood. Antibodies are produced when an antigen, like a virus or bacteria, provokes a response from the immune system. This response can come from natural exposure or from vaccination.

Why Titer Test?

The parvovirus/distemper test can help you and your pet’s doctor determine if your dog requires additional vaccination, preventing over-vaccination.

It is especially useful when deciding about vaccinating an animal with unknown vaccination history, or for determining if your furry friend has received immunity from vaccination.

Most experts believe strong titers are a more reliable indication of immunity than vaccination because titer tests show the actual immune response, not just the attempt to cause an immune response by vaccination.

Bordetella

Please note that the Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine is NOT a requirement at our facilities. In fact, if your dog has recently received the Bordetella vaccine, we kindly ask that you keep your pet home for 14 days as your dog could be actively shedding the virus after the vaccination had been administered. This also provides time for your dog’s immune system to respond to the vaccine and to safe guard against any potential adverse effects that could affect other dogs in the facility.

This service is available weekdays Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am through 6:30 pm

To ensure the best experience and efficient route planning, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice when scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs. While we strive to meet your preferred timing, please keep in mind that traffic conditions may impact our schedule and will communicate any delays.

Boarding Pricing

Dog Overnight Boarding Rates

$75.00 per night

*Dog Boarding for multiple dog households includes a 15% discount for the second dog.

Boarding is a 24-hour period that includes our Enrichment Dog Daycare program.

Overnight Check-In and Check Out available Mon – Sat between (9 am–11 am) or (3 pm–5 pm).

Example A: If you check-in on a Friday at 9 am, and check-out the following Tuesday between 9 am – 11 am the charge will be 4 nights x $75 = $300.00 + applicable taxes.

A full daycare rate of $50.00 will apply to check-in or check-out outside of the above allotted schedule.

Example B: If you check-in on a Friday at 9 am, and check-out the following Tuesday at 1 pm the charge will be 4 nights x $75 = $300.00 + $50 full daycare (beyond allotted check-out time) = $350.00 + applicable taxes.

Reservations and Cancellations:

To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation using Visa or MasterCard. Once your reservation is secured, it is considered final. We kindly note that we are unable to offer refunds or credits for early returns or early pickups from boarding.
